Senior Resource Exec/Traffic Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Resource Executive/Traffic Manager to support a prestigious charity’s in‑house studio on a part‑time, three‑month contract. Working remotely 2‑3 days a week, you will help coordinate a diverse range of design and print projects, ensuring they move smoothly from brief to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the flow of briefs across design, print, digital and fundraising teams.
• Prioritise work, allocate resources and set realistic deadlines.
• Liaise with the studio’s internal print production team to schedule runs and resolve issues.
• Maintain clear, up‑to‑date traffic boards and status reports.
• Communicate progress and potential bottlenecks to stakeholders across all departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agency or in‑house traffic/resource management, preferably within a creative or charitable environment.
• Strong organisational abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with designers, copywriters, printers and senior managers.
