Senior Retail Advisor – EE Store

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Retail Advisor to join our EE store in Epsom. You will deliver excellent customer experiences while supporting the shop floor and stepping in as a leader when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Match customers with the right EE & BT products and solutions.
• Support day‑to‑day store operations and maintain a smooth environment.
• Lead the team in the absence of the Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Coach and encourage colleagues to achieve targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to motivate and support teammates.
• Resilient, adaptable and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Self‑driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
