Senior Retail Display Installations Project Manager

About the role

As Senior Project Manager you will support the delivery of best‑in‑class retail experiences by leading a small team and owning the entire project lifecycle. You will ensure exceptional service, seamless customer experience and commercial results while meeting quality, safety and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of retail projects, ensuring exceptional service, customer experience and commercial outcomes.
• Manage a small team, motivating and developing members to achieve high performance.
• Own project planning, including scope, timelines, resourcing and budget control.
• Coordinate logistics, transport, inventory, returns and on‑site activity.
• Schedule, brief and manage field resources, covering training, health & safety and compliance.
• Oversee project systems and tools such as Team Haven, PHQ, Clarity and Mintsoft.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Monitor quality throughout delivery and ensure projects meet brief and sign‑off requirements.
• Communicate progress, milestones and risks to senior stakeholders and ensure smooth project close‑out with learnings captured.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects end‑to‑end, ideally within a retail installations environment.
• Previous people‑management experience leading a small team (desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
