Senior Reward Analyst

About the role

South Staffordshire Group is looking for a commercially‑minded Senior Reward Analyst to join its People Team. You will help shape and deliver the Group’s reward and benefits strategy, ensuring it remains fair, competitive and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of all Group reward activities, including annual pay reviews, bonus cycles, benchmarking and benefits administration.
• Coordinate annual pay and bonus processes in partnership with HR, Payroll and Finance.
• Provide insight and analysis on compensation data, market trends and benchmarking to inform decisions.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve reward frameworks, policies and processes.
• Manage reward‑related projects such as job evaluation, grading structures and benefits optimisation.
• Support pension governance and benefits renewals, liaising with external providers.
• Prepare reports, analysis and briefing materials for Executive and Remuneration Committee meetings.
• Assist with gender pay gap and ethnicity pay gap reporting and ensure data compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in reward or compensation analysis, preferably within a large, regulated organisation.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
• Commercial mindset and understanding of how reward influences business performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work closely with senior leaders.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data governance.
