About the role

We are looking for a Senior Reward Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to regional leadership teams, delivering high‑impact reward solutions that align with global principles while remaining locally relevant.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with regional leaders to design reward solutions that support business strategy.
Lead the annual salary and bonus processes, ensuring fairness and alignment with organisational needs.
Conduct pay‑equity analyses and use data insights to influence regional decisions.
Drive standardisation of reward processes to improve efficiency across the organisation.
Ensure compliance with reward‑related legislation and internal policies.

Required profile

Proven expertise in job evaluation and benchmarking.
Experience working in multinational organisations.
Strong knowledge of reward legislation and compliance requirements.
Advanced analytical abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
Relevant HR qualifications are preferred but not essential.

Required skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
