Senior Reward Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Reward Manager to lead the design and delivery of our reward strategy. In this senior position you will shape pay, benefits and recognition programmes, using market insight and data to influence business decisions and enhance employee retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement reward strategies, including pay reviews, benchmarking and benefits initiatives.
• Provide senior leaders with insight on reward trends, workforce competitiveness and retention.
• Lead HR services operations to ensure efficient, compliant and employee‑focused delivery.
• Support organisational change through planning, analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Use people data and analytics to drive decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage and develop a high‑performing People team.
• Oversee external partners and suppliers, ensuring quality, value and compliance.

Required profile

• Established reward leader with senior‑level experience in a complex organisation.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical expertise in reward strategy, pay reviews, benchmarking and benefits.
• Proven experience leading HR teams and delivering people‑related change.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to turn insight into action.
• Experience managing suppliers, budgets and competing priorities.
