Senior Rewards Associate (Insurance)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Rewards Associate to join a leading insurance firm in London. The role will support the design, delivery and continuous improvement of the company’s reward strategy, covering compensation, benefits and recognition. You will work closely with HR and business leaders to ensure market‑competitive and engaging employee value propositions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced models for compensation, bonus and mobility cost analysis.
• Create and maintain dashboards and visualisations using Power BI and Excel to support leadership decisions.
• Analyse large reward data sets to identify trends, risks and opportunities and produce accurate reports for senior stakeholders and regulators.
• Contribute to global projects such as annual compensation reviews, pay‑for‑performance initiatives, global mobility policy reviews and job architecture roll‑outs.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery and compliance.
• Validate and prepare data for reward‑related system uploads, conduct market benchmarking and model bonus scenarios.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in rewards, compensation or benefits, preferably within insurance or financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset with a commercial, detail‑oriented approach.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to reward programmes.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including VBA scripting.
• Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
• Working knowledge of HRSoft (highly desirable).
• Experience handling complex data sets and performing benchmarking analysis.
