About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Safety Domain Expert for its Falcon platform. The role blends hands‑on pharmacovigilance case processing with strategic product vision, shaping AI‑driven automation tools for the life‑sciences industry.

Key responsibilities

• Guide product and engineering teams through end‑to‑end safety case intake, triage, validation and data reconciliation workflows.
• Review, evaluate and verify AI‑generated outputs to ensure precision, accuracy and compliance.
• Translate macro industry trends into actionable platform capabilities and long‑term automation strategies.
• Engage early‑adopter PV leads and specialists, turning feedback into platform enhancements.
• Design complex, multi‑variable safety case scenarios to stress‑test and calibrate the platform.

Required profile

• 5+ years of active experience in Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety Operations.
• Deep tactical knowledge of case processing, intake, validation, database reconciliation and global expedited reporting.
• Strategic vision for PV automation and digital transformation.
• Proven experience with AI‑driven software, automated workflow tools, agentic AI or machine‑learning applications in life sciences.
• Ability to bridge PV expertise with technical product teams and present to executive customers.
