Senior Sales Associate - Estate Agency

About the role

This senior sales associate position is with a successful estate agency in Bushey. The role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and delivering high‑quality customer service in residential sales and lettings.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals and relationship building.
• Conduct property valuations and convert appraisals into client instructions.
• Negotiate offers and manage sales and lettings transactions through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities for additional property‑related services.
• Carry out property viewings and match buyers with suitable properties.
• Stay up‑to‑date with local market trends and relevant legislation.
• Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to team targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in estate agency.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong valuation, negotiation and business development abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of the residential property market and sales process.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
