Senior Sales Associate – Gatwick North

About the role

As part of the Retail team you will join the Gatwick North store as a Senior Sales Associate on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will support day‑to‑day store operations and motivate team members to exceed sales and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Support the opening and closing of the store.
• Inspire the team to continuously meet sales targets.
• Delegate duties to the sales team, ensuring high‑standard, timely completion.
• Assist management in leading the team to achieve store KPIs.

Required profile

• Passion for premium or luxury products (open to all customer‑facing backgrounds).
• Ability to see things through the customer’s eyes.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong organisational and decision‑making abilities.
• Team‑player mindset with good written and verbal communication.
