Senior Sales Associate – Part‑time (Leadenhall)

About the role

As a Senior Sales Associate in our Leadenhall store, you will support the day‑to‑day operations and motivate the team to exceed sales and operational targets on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Support the opening and closing of the store.
• Inspire the team to consistently meet sales targets.
• Delegate duties to the sales team and ensure high‑standard delivery.
• Assist management in meeting store KPIs.

Required profile

• Passion for premium or luxury products (or strong customer‑facing background).
• Ability to see things through the customer’s eyes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Team‑player with strong decision‑making abilities.
