Senior Sales Associate – Retail (Full‑time/Part‑time)

About the role

You will join the Reiss store in Bicester Village as a Senior Sales Associate (Keyholder), working on a permanent full‑time or part‑time basis. In this role you will support the day‑to‑day running of the store and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Support the opening and closing of the store.
• Inspire the team to ensure sales targets are continuously met.
• Delegate duties and responsibilities to the sales team, ensuring high‑standard and timely completion.
• Assist the management team in leading the store to meet KPIs.

Required profile

• A passion for premium or luxury products (open to all customer‑facing backgrounds).
• Ability to see things through the customer’s eyes.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and decision‑making abilities.
