Senior Sales Consultant – Luxury Retail

About the role

Molton Brown is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join its Edinburgh lifestyle store. You will support store management, lead the sales team, and deliver an exceptional fragrance and body‑care experience to every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through Molton Brown’s range of fragrances, bath, body and home products.
• Act as the primary point of support when store management is absent, overseeing commercial and operational activities on the sales floor.
• Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve store sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure product knowledge is up‑to‑date.
• Assist with stock management and daily operational tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a supervisory role within premium retail or fragrance.
• Strong customer‑focus with a passion for luxury beauty brands.
• Ability to work collaboratively with store management and the wider business.
