About the role

We are looking for an experienced property sales professional to join our Brighton branch as a Senior Sales Consultant. This is an opportunity to progress your career with a leading national property group.

Key responsibilities

  • Grow the property register by winning new instructions.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in maximising branch profitability.
  • Build and maintain excellent rapport with clients, delivering a first‑class experience.
  • Work as part of a highly motivated, target‑driven team.
  • Identify and maximise business opportunities.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in property sales.
  • Strong client‑facing skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Target‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Motivated and able to work collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

    What we offer

    • Competitive salary up to £35,000 OTE, dependent on experience.
    • Full‑time hours: Monday‑Friday 08:45‑17:30 and every other Saturday 09:00‑13:00.
    • Opportunity to develop within a reputable national property group.
