Senior Sales Development Representative – Enterprise SaaS

About the role

Coder is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline for its Enterprise Account Managers. You will help large enterprises adopt Coder’s Environment‑as‑a‑Service platform, enabling AI‑driven development at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified opportunities for Enterprise Account Managers through targeted outbound prospecting.
• Conduct multi‑channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) using tools such as SalesLoft, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and 6sense.
• Research target accounts and personas to craft personalized, value‑driven messaging.
• Set up qualification calls and hand off opportunities seamlessly to Account Managers.
• Maintain accurate activity and lead data in CRM and engagement platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and improve response rates.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience in SaaS or developer‑focused technology companies.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline through cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical value propositions.
• Grit, curiosity, and resilience in handling rejection while staying proactive.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and focused on measurable goals.
• Eagerness to learn about developer tools, DevOps, platform engineering, and AI workflows.
