Senior Sales Executive

About the role

Join KBS Corporate, part of K3 Capital Group, as a Senior Sales Executive supporting SME owners through the M&A process. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment where relationship building and deal closure are central to success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with small business owners who have previously engaged with the firm.
• Secure instructions to sell businesses and negotiate contracts and fees.
• Advise clients confidentially on the sale process and keep them updated on sector developments.
• Collaborate with Commercial Directors across the UK and use the in‑house CRM system efficiently.
• Deliver a first‑class client experience at every stage of the transaction.

Required profile

• High energy, persistence and resilience in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, confidence and accountability.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (B2B or B2C).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude with initiative.
