Senior Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Senior Sales Executive to join the ICE Europe team within RX Global. The role focuses on managing and expanding a portfolio of international customers, identifying new business opportunities and delivering commercial success across exhibition, sponsorship, branding and digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by selling exhibition space, sponsorship, branding and digital solutions and exceed targets.
• Identify, approach and acquire new exhibitors, sponsors and commercial partners.
• Build strategic relationships and act as a trusted advisor to tailor participation solutions.
• Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross‑selling of face‑to‑face and digital products.
• Maintain accurate customer data and pipeline in Salesforce and provide transparent forecasting.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to develop new business.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative approach with cross‑functional teams.
