Senior Sales Manager – AdTech

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑scaling ad‑tech company that serves leading brands such as Tesco, Tui and Coca‑Cola. As a Senior Sales Manager you will own the new‑business pipeline for major agency groups, selling premium targeting solutions and helping shape the market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new agency clients, focusing on WPP, Omnicom and other top groups.
• Pitch, negotiate and close high‑value ad‑tech and digital media contracts.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to refine product positioning and market expansion plans.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and deliver regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven track record in new‑business sales within the advertising or digital media sector.
• Established relationships with agency decision‑makers, especially across WPP and Omnicom.
• Hunter mentality with a passion for driving revenue growth.
• Confident presenter and negotiator capable of closing complex deals.
