Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager to join a leading independent agency in Enfield. You will work within a high‑performing team, driving residential property sales and supporting the branch manager in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by proactively contacting prospective buyers and sellers.
• Qualify applicants and match their requirements to available properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction progress.
• Maintain regular contact with all registered applicants and update the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets and contribute to branch profitability.
• Support the Sales Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the branch.

Required profile

• Proven success and experience in residential estate agency.
• Energetic, driven, proactive and self‑motivated.
• Full UK driving licence and own car are essential.
• Ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

What we offer

• Basic salary £28,000‑£30,000 per annum.
• On‑target earnings up to £70,000 per annum.
