Senior Sales Negotiator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to drive property sales in London. The role involves building client relationships, managing a sales pipeline and closing deals with both vendors and buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of property listings.
• Conduct market appraisals and follow up with potential clients.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing feedback to owners.
• Negotiate sales contracts with vendors and applicants.
• Manage electronic client data and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
• Respond to owner and tenant enquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the existing pipeline.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of property sales experience (at least 18 months).
• Proven track record of successful property negotiations.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.
• Well‑spoken, presentable and highly articulate.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday 8:30‑18:30 with optional Saturday 10‑16.
