Senior Sales Negotiator & Lister – Estate Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator and Lister to join a well‑established independent estate agency in Rainham, South East England. The role focuses on generating new business, securing property instructions and delivering a first‑class service to both vendors and purchasers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and purchasers.
• Provide consistently high levels of service and clear communication.
• Oversee the full sales progression process.
• Accompany clients on property viewings.
• Assist and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing property instructions.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a team (advantageous).
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi‑task and prioritise.
• Full, valid UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Live within a commutable distance to the office and have the right to work in the UK.

Required skills

• Experience using estate agency CRM systems.
• Strong IT proficiency for managing client data and sales tracking.

• Competitive base salary of £35,000‑£45,000 per year.
