About the role

Our client, a respected independent agency in Tottenham, is seeking a confident Senior Sales Negotiator to drive new business and manage deals from start to finish. This full‑time position offers a supportive team environment and the chance to develop professional relationships within the community.

Key responsibilities

• Source and secure new business opportunities.
• Organise and attend property valuations.
• Work towards individual, team and financial targets.
• Increase company turnover through effective negotiations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Conduct canvassing and marketing activities.
• Complete all paperwork required to finalise deals.

Required profile

• Ambitious, proactive and confident individual.
• Excellent sales ability with a track record of meeting targets.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Full, valid UK or EU driving licence and own car.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Minimum of one year experience in sales.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary (£23,000‑£27,000) plus OTE up to £50,000.
• Standard Monday‑Friday hours with a Saturday shift and a day off during the week.
