Senior Sales Support / Coordinator – Hybrid (Sutton)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Support / Coordinator to provide operational, analytical and market support to product managers, customers and suppliers. The role works closely with customer service and business support teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations in a hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver regulatory, technical and non‑conformance support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage cost structures, margins and forecasting in collaboration with suppliers.
• Maintain data integrity and support reporting using Salesforce CRM.
• Produce analytical insights and presentations for product managers.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability and excellent organisational skills.
• Experience supporting sales or product teams in a FMCG or distribution environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM.
