Senior Sales Valuer – Downend

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Valuer to join our busy Downend office. You will be responsible for valuing residential and commercial properties, generating new business and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct accurate property valuations and secure new instructions.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Maintain high standards of service and adhere to office processes.
• Support team performance and contribute to branch growth.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.

Required profile

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Confident, articulate and commercially aware.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and highly organised with strong time‑management.

Required skills

What we offer

• £30,000 basic salary plus uncapped OTE (average £40,000+).
• Mixed commission structure (individual + pooled).
• Mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile (own car preferred) and optional company car.
