Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant to join a fast‑growing, high‑impact consultancy in London. You will act as the bridge between deep technical expertise and strategic client delivery, working on both discovery workshops with senior stakeholders and hands‑on configuration, integration and Lightning development.

Key responsibilities

• Architect scalable multi‑cloud solutions across Sales, Service and Experience Clouds.
• Make platform decisions balancing declarative (Flows) and programmatic (Apex, LWC) approaches.
• Design and build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Jitterbit.
• Develop front‑end Lightning experiences using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Lead scoping, discovery and design workshops and present solutions to C‑suite audiences.
• Manage data mapping, migration activities and end‑to‑end delivery streams, monitoring budget, risk and quality.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Support pre‑sales by scoping opportunities and delivering technical demos.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a technical consulting role within a Salesforce consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components, with ability to quality‑assure code.
• Extensive experience with advanced declarative configuration, enterprise Flow design and complex permission models.
• Solid understanding of SOQL/SQL and data migration best practices.
• Experience delivering integrations via REST/SOAP and middleware platforms.
