Senior SC‑Cleared Azure & Modern Workplace Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior Azure and Modern Workplace Engineer who holds SC clearance to design, implement and support secure, scalable cloud and endpoint solutions for a regulated client. The role blends hands‑on engineering with architectural design across Azure, Microsoft 365 and device management platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver Azure cloud, hybrid infrastructure and modern workplace solutions.
• Implement and manage Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Administer Entra ID (Azure AD), identity governance, access management and security controls.
• Manage Intune and Autopilot for endpoint provisioning, compliance and lifecycle management across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
• Apply security best practices using Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Key Vault and related tools.
• Lead or support complex infrastructure and transformation projects across multiple locations.
• Drive automation, continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Current SC clearance.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, networking and hybrid cloud.
• Proven delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Entra ID, Intune and Autopilot.
• Experience in regulated environments with structured change processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

What we offer

• £550 per day inside IR35.
