Senior Security Project Manager – Contract (IR35)

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Security Project Manager on a contract basis (inside IR35) to lead critical security transformation initiatives for a large enterprise. The role is hybrid, requiring one day per week onsite in Luton.
Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery of strategic cyber‑security projects across a complex IT estate.
- Manage cross‑functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across IT and business functions.
- Ensure robust project governance, risk management and reporting.
- Align project delivery with the wider enterprise security strategy.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Security or Cyber‑Security Project Manager.
- Strong background delivering enterprise‑wide security programmes.
- Experience across Identity & Access Management, network security and firewall technologies.
- Ability to operate in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
