Senior SEO Executive

About the role

PHD UK is seeking a proactive Senior SEO Executive to join its Organic team. You will work across a portfolio of high‑profile clients, delivering data‑driven SEO strategies and expanding your expertise in technical SEO, content optimisation and AI‑powered search.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO, on‑page and content audits and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
• Implement on‑site optimisation, content improvements and technical SEO initiatives.
• Analyse organic performance, identify trends and growth opportunities, and monitor KPIs such as rankings, visibility and traffic.
• Produce client reports that translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis and content optimisation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Google algorithm changes, AI developments and the evolving search landscape.
• Collaborate with Paid Search, Analytics, Social and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in technical SEO, content optimisation and keyword research.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for SEO, curiosity about AI‑driven search and a commitment to continuous learning.
