Senior SEO Manager

About the role

We are supporting a fast‑growing digital marketing agency that needs a Senior SEO Manager to lead client‑facing SEO programmes. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping strategy, delivering results and expanding relationships across a portfolio of agency clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies that improve rankings, traffic and conversions for multiple client accounts.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, on‑page optimisation and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis and content planning.
• Manage link‑building and digital PR campaigns, as well as Local SEO and Google Business Profiles.
• Monitor performance using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs and SEMrush.
• Lead monthly client meetings, present results and identify growth opportunities.
• Support new‑business pitches with SEO expertise.
• Collaborate with developers, designers and content teams, leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of agency SEO experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver measurable results.
• Strong communication skills for client presentations and internal collaboration.
