About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a leading main car dealership in Maidstone. You will be the fourth member of a busy service department, providing high‑quality customer service and ensuring smooth workshop operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers at the service reception and manage their expectations.
  • Book vehicles for service, advise on repair times and keep customers informed.
  • Collaborate with technicians and the wider team to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain accurate service records and perform basic administrative duties.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and represent the dealership’s standards.

Required profile

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade.
  • Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Well‑presented, smart appearance and a positive work ethic.
  • Full UK driving licence.
