Senior Service Delivery Manager – Liverpool

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Service Delivery Manager to partner with the COO and Head of Liverpool, driving operational excellence across our Liverpool office. You will act as a trusted adviser, ensuring seamless service delivery, change integration and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support the COO and Head of Liverpool in managing office strategy and day‑to‑day operations.
• Research internal and external entities to inform decision‑making.
• Provide thought‑partner guidance on performance, people and change initiatives.
• Maintain visible leadership presence and foster collaboration with fee‑earners and business professionals.
• Lead internal networks, set service standards, and monitor turnaround times and client satisfaction.
• Anchor integration projects and cross‑border alignment for the Liverpool office.
• Serve as primary contact for operational matters, client visits, town halls and internal events.

Required profile

• Significant leadership experience in operational or business services within a professional services environment.
• Proven ability to manage diverse portfolios and deliver change programmes.
• Strong track record of leading and developing high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with senior leadership.
• Data‑driven analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of AI‑enabled tools and workflow automation.
