Senior ServiceNow Administrator – Cybersecurity

About the role

We are seeking a senior ServiceNow Administrator to join our cybersecurity team in Earls Court. You will design, develop and enhance ServiceNow workflows that detect, manage and mitigate security vulnerabilities, directly strengthening the organisation’s security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise high‑performance code on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design, build and maintain applications and enhancements aligned with cybersecurity requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across ServiceNow modules.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Follow ITIL processes, coding standards and best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on development practices and portal usage.
• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Create and maintain automated testing scripts to validate functionality and performance.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive technical initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• At least one relevant certification (ServiceNow ITIL or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator).

Required skills

• ServiceNow platform components: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions.
• Flow Designer and ServiceNow workflow development.
• JavaScript for backend and frontend scripting.
• ServiceNow architecture, performance optimisation and debugging.
• ITIL processes and best‑practice coding standards.
