About the role

The Senior Share Reward Tax Manager will provide specialist tax advice on share reward schemes to professional services clients. You will lead compliance activities, design tax‑efficient strategies and support the growth of the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive share reward tax advice to clients.
• Manage tax compliance processes for share schemes and incentives.
• Develop and implement tailored tax strategies to optimise outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay up‑to‑date with tax legislation and industry regulations.
• Mentor junior team members and support their development.
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to proposals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

Required profile

• Strong background in accounting and finance with a focus on share reward tax.
• Relevant professional qualifications in accounting or tax.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Current knowledge of tax legislation and industry practices.
• Experience leading and mentoring team members is advantageous.
