Senior Site Manager – Construction

About the role
Forum Contracts is seeking a full‑time Senior Site Manager to lead on‑site operations in the London area. You will be responsible for delivering fit‑out, refurbishment and new‑build projects safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate trades, logistics and material deliveries to maintain an organised site.
- Monitor progress against programme, budgets and quality targets.
- Resolve on‑site issues promptly to keep projects on track.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on fit‑out, refurbishment or new‑build projects.
- Experience across multiple sectors such as commercial, education or residential is desirable.
- Strong leadership and team‑coordination abilities.
- Demonstrated capability in project planning, sequencing of works and resource allocation.
