Senior Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead external works on a major residential development in North London. You will ensure high standards of quality, safety and schedule adherence while coordinating closely with subcontractors and the internal project team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all external works on site, maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to keep the project on schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks, resolving issues promptly.
• Liaise with the internal project team to integrate internal works with overall progress.
• Prepare and present progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large‑scale residential projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
