Senior Site Manager – £57k‑£66k + Car Allowance

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of internal fit‑out packages on a £20 million scheme on the South Coast. Reporting to the site‑based Project Manager, you will coordinate subcontractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive overall site performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of internal fit‑out packages on a large‑scale project.
• Manage subcontractors to meet programme deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to optimise site performance.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all works comply with health & safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain high quality control across internal elements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, inductions and toolbox talks.
• Support short‑term programming, look‑ahead planning and trade sequencing.
• Coordinate site logistics for internal works.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or experienced Site Manager ready to step up.
• Strong background managing internal packages on projects of £10 million+.
• Experience with Tier One or large regional contractors.
• Excellent knowledge of fit‑out sequencing, finishes and quality control.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and workstreams simultaneously.
• Proactive, driven and hands‑on approach.

• CSCS certification
• First Aid certification
