Senior Site Reliability Engineer – High‑Frequency Trading

About the role

A world‑class high‑frequency trading firm is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join its core systems group. You will work hands‑on in an elite team, writing Python code while designing, building and maintaining Linux‑based, networking and other critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reliable Linux infrastructure supporting low‑latency trading applications.
• Design, implement and troubleshoot networking components to ensure optimal performance.
• Write production‑grade Python code for automation, monitoring and tooling.
• Collaborate with software engineers and traders to translate reliability requirements into scalable solutions.

Required profile

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Solid understanding of Linux operating systems.
• Excellent computer‑science fundamentals.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
• Experience in a trading environment is a plus.
