Senior Software Engineer I – Java & JavaScript

About the role

Join the Identity & Access Management team to design and develop scalable, high‑performance applications using Java and JavaScript. You will work on a highly available identity platform on AWS ECS and EKS that integrates with multiple identity providers and downstream APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical personnel to finalize requirements and write detailed specifications.
• Develop and maintain complex system components, fix bugs, and guide CI/CD practices.
• Implement logging, instrumentation, and alerting in partnership with senior engineers.
• Participate in pair programming and mentor junior developers.
• Operate across Agile and Waterfall environments, ensuring code quality through reviews and best‑practice processes.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Intermediate proficiency with data manipulation languages and data modelling principles.
• Experience with identity providers such as Keycloak or Auth0, including realm configuration and OIDC flows.
• Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code tools like Terraform.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
