Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Bezos’ engineering team and help build the core platform that powers global fulfilment for e‑commerce brands. You will work in an AI‑native, fast‑moving startup environment, delivering high‑impact services that handle orders, inventory, shipments and returns across a worldwide network.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable, secure services and APIs in a serverless cloud environment, primarily using Go and React.
• Own domain‑specific services end‑to‑end, from architectural design through deployment, monitoring and incident resolution.
• Leverage AI‑powered development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery and set engineering standards.
• Champion engineering excellence by improving workflows, testing, deployment and observability.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming and design discussions, shaping the team’s culture.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a senior software engineering role, preferably in a startup.
• Strong backend fundamentals with deep commercial experience in Go.
• Comfortable working in an AI‑native environment and eager to adopt AI tools daily.
