Senior Solicitor – Clinical Negligence

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to join our highly regarded Clinical Negligence team in Bristol. You will work on complex, high‑profile cases from pre‑action through to litigation, developing both your technical expertise and leadership skills in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of high‑value clinical negligence cases from inception to conclusion.
• Provide comprehensive advice to clients, including guidance on funding options.
• Select, brief and instruct expert witnesses and counsel.
• Maintain accurate, organised case files and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years post‑qualification experience in clinical negligence.
• Proven ability to handle complex caseloads and see matters through to trial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience in managing clinical negligence litigation.
• Ability to liaise with experts and counsel.

What we offer

• Salary between £55,000 and £70,000 per annum.
