Senior Solutions Engineer – Identity & Access Management

About the role

C1 is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive customer adoption of secure identity and access management solutions. You will work directly with prospects and customers, translating complex security requirements into scalable architectures while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers on identity governance, authentication, authorization, and access control strategies.
• Architect and deliver technical solutions spanning IGA, IAM, CIEM, and PAM, translating business requirements into scalable identity architectures.
• Lead workshops, whiteboard sessions, and demos that showcase the business value of identity automation, access governance, and zero‑trust principles.
• Design and implement integration strategies across AWS, GCP, and Azure, leveraging native identity services, policies, and entitlement models.
• Build, test, and troubleshoot custom integrations and workflows using APIs, SDKs, Terraform and other automation frameworks.

Required profile

• 8+ years in technical pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or identity architecture roles.
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks, MFA, conditional access, least‑privilege and zero‑trust concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with directory services such as Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, Google Workspace and on‑prem Active Directory.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, partner events, or industry conferences.

• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Protocols and standards: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, FIDO2.
• Programming/automation: Go, APIs, SDKs, JSON, YAML, Terraform (IaC).
• Directory services: Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, Google Workspace, on‑prem Active Directory.
