Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager - Capital Markets

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our fast‑growing events sales team. You will sell bespoke sponsorship and exhibition packages to global clients within the Capital Markets sector, working on high‑profile conferences and one‑to‑one meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and close sponsorship and exhibition deals for capital‑markets focused events.
• Manage a portfolio of high‑value existing accounts, ensuring renewal and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor packages that meet client objectives.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event sponsorship or exhibition sales, preferably within Capital Markets or finance.
• Degree‑educated with a proven record of achieving revenue targets.
• Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong emotional intelligence and relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Consultative sales approach, proactive, solutions‑oriented and a true team player.
