Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for an ambitious and strategic Sponsorship Manager to join its Brand Partnerships team. Working like a creative agency, the team helps brands and agencies conceptualise, produce and manage campaigns. You will work closely with the Head of Brand Partnerships to drive growth on the supply side of Fever's international business, scaling sponsorships across Fever Originals and Official Partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the commercial relationship with prospective and existing sponsors across your territory
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sponsorship revenue targets
• Own pipeline creation and end-to-end deal cycle management
• Drive new sponsor acquisition and a land-and-expand motion across markets, audiences and Fever properties
• Identify and engage high-potential sponsors using Fever's ecosystem and market knowledge
• Map and engage stakeholders across brand, marketing, media, partnerships, experiential and procurement teams
• Build creative outbound strategies and lead discovery conversations to turn client objectives into sponsorship solutions
• Craft proposal packages and lead negotiations through contract signature
• Work with Marketing, Partnerships, Creative and Operations, and maintain CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting and clear visibility of opportunities
• Research the market and competitors to spot new categories, prospects and trends

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2C event sponsorship sales
• Strong network of direct client and agency contacts across major industry verticals
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for high-profile client meetings and proposals
• Entrepreneurial, self-starting attitude and comfort in ambiguous environments
• Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decisions
