Senior Structured Products Sales – W Executive

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global brokerage house to hire a Senior Structured Products Sales professional for its London Structured Products desk. The role involves originating and distributing a range of structured products to institutional clients, with clearly defined client coverage and regional responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and execute structured product deals across equity, credit, rates, FX and hybrid instruments.
• Manage and grow relationships with institutional clients such as hedge funds, asset managers, insurers and pension funds.
• Cover allocated client segments and geographic regions, delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the structuring desk to design and price bespoke products.
• Provide market insights, trade ideas and support deal execution to drive revenue.

Required profile

• Proven track record in Structured Products Sales with strong revenue generation.
• Previous experience at a broker covering structured products.
• Deep knowledge of structured product mechanics, pricing and distribution.
• Excellent client relationship and negotiation abilities.
• Relevant UK regulatory qualifications or ability to obtain them.
