About the role

Join a leading global consumer subscription business as a Senior Subscriber Growth Analyst. Working within a high‑profile analytics function, you will shape subscriber strategy across the EMEA region, delivering insights that influence commercial decisions, customer growth and retention. The role is based in London with a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver subscriber growth and retention analysis across the EMEA region.
• Provide commercial recommendations to support acquisition, engagement and lifetime‑value initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations to monitor key performance metrics.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Design analytical frameworks and measurement approaches to evaluate business performance.
• Partner with analytics, marketing, content and regional teams to align priorities and deliver impactful analysis.
• Support the development of a data‑led culture through clear communication of findings.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and analytical workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial customer analytics covering acquisition, retention, churn, engagement and lifetime value.
• Strong SQL expertise with ability to write and optimise complex queries.
• Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and data visualisations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.
