About the role

We are seeking a senior supply chain consultant to lead implementation cycles for a global SaaS provider. The role bridges pre‑sales activities and post‑implementation support, acting as a trusted advisor to maximise client value from supply‑chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for supply‑chain software.
• Support pre‑sales engagements by presenting solution benefits and shaping proposals.
• Collaborate closely with post‑sales relationship managers to ensure smooth transition and ongoing client satisfaction.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices and optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data‑driven supply‑chain environments.
• Strong knowledge of implementation methodologies and pre‑sales processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to act as a recognised expert and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
