Senior Support Worker – Complex Needs Support

About the role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our busy complex supported services team in Blackpool. You will work with adults who have learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and autism, helping them lead energetic, independent lives.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior managers in delivering high‑quality supported living services.
• Promote health, wellbeing, and community connection for service users.
• Develop and encourage independent living skills, confidence, and social capital.
• Lead and manage a team of support staff, ensuring best practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners to meet complex needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and autism.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Commitment to inclusive, anti‑racist practice and continuous improvement.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
