Senior Support Worker – Supported Living Service

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our Supported Living Service in St. Helens. You will help residents with complex needs enjoy a high quality of life and progress towards greater independence.
Key responsibilities
- Support individuals to engage in enjoyable activities both inside and outside their homes.
- Provide high‑quality, personalised support and personal care.
- Assist in smooth service delivery to meet client needs.
- Mentor and guide the support staff team.
- Build warm, trusting relationships with residents, encouraging them to express needs and concerns.
Required profile
- Minimum two years’ experience in caring for people with additional needs.
- Organised, dynamic and highly motivated.
- Committed to delivering the highest quality of life for residents.
- Eligible to work in the UK and based in the region.
Required skills
