Senior Surveyor – Rural Estate Management

About the role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will manage a portfolio of private clients, delivering strategic estate management and professional advice. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and be trusted to achieve exceptional client outcomes across a varied workload.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver estate management services, including consultancy and advisory support on rural property matters.
• Provide professional advice on landlord and tenant issues, valuations, diversification and development projects.
• Advise on lettings, utilities, energy projects, compensation claims and broader estate management matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the pipeline.
• Represent the business at industry events and support ESG initiatives.

Required profile

• MRICS qualification.
• Minimum five years post‑qualified experience.
• Experience in rural estate management, professional services, or a similar surveying role.
• Strong technical knowledge of estate management and professional practice.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and confident working independently.
• Full UK driving licence.
