About the role
Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – GTM & Operations at bunch will lead hiring for go‑to‑market and operations teams, shaping talent strategy across the UK, Germany and other European locations. You will partner with senior leaders, own the full recruitment lifecycle and use AI‑enabled tools to deliver high‑quality hires.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end hiring across GTM and Operations functions in the UK, Germany and occasional hires in Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape demand, challenge role design and set clear hiring timelines and trade‑offs.
- Build and close high‑quality pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, community events and selective agencies while delivering a transparent candidate experience.
- Lead the hiring portfolio with data‑driven forecasts, using talent supply, compensation and competitor insights to prioritize roles.
- Improve hiring quality through disciplined intake, scorecards, interview feedback and continuous process optimisation.
- Leverage AI tools such as Claude, Gemini and Notion AI to streamline recruiting workflows while maintaining judgment and privacy.
- Contribute to the development of efficient, future‑proof hiring systems and employer branding initiatives.
Required profile
- Significant end‑to‑end recruiting experience in GTM, Operations or Professional Services, including senior‑level searches.
- Proven ability to source and close hard‑to‑reach candidates using creative outreach channels.
- Experience working across multiple functions, markets or locations and adapting to different talent pools.
- Background in fintech, fund administration or professional services, or ability to quickly build credibility in a complex domain.
- High ownership attitude, strong business acumen and the capacity to manage a changing portfolio of senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence and the ability to provide clear, evidence‑based recommendations.
